Skelaxin is medication that works
to relieve muscle injuries. It is
suited to relieving skeletal; muscle
pain. It works on the principle of
blocking impulses of pain and sensation
that are sent to the brain. An injury
may take place in a muscle, but pain
is experienced through the impulses
sent from the area of injury to the
brain. Skelaxin does not set to work
on the brain; it only inhibits the
pain by blocking impulses, which means
that it acts on the injured region
only.
