With every delivery through the nasal pump, 55 mcg of triamcinolone Acetonide is launched. You need to prime the pump with five or six actuations before you apply it to yourself.
If you do not use the pump for a few weeks, you need to prime it again.

Dosage:

Each 6.5 gram bottle can supply thirty actuations. The 16.5 gram bottle provides around 120 actuations.
It’s important to note that after the given number of actuations from each size of Nasacort bottle, the contents go out of proportion. Therefore, it is advised that you discard the pump after the given number of actuations has expired.
Each bottle containing 30 actuations has 3.575 mg of the main ingredient (triam-cinolone acetonide) while the 120 actuation bottle has 9.075 mg of the active ingredient.
